Review

He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of British Columbia (Canada), his Master of Arts in Economics from Concordia University (Canada), and his Commercial Engineering degree from the University of Talca. During his academic career he has worked as a professor of undergraduate and postgraduate studies at several universities, among which the Diego Portales University, Columbia (Canada), the University of Piura (Peru), the Diego Portales University, and the Universidad del Desarrollo stand out.

He currently works as an associate professor at the Institute of Economic Policies of the Andrés Bello University, where he conducts research on issues related to the organization of markets and the design of institutions (mechanisms) in competitive environments. His research has been published in important academic journals such as the Economic Theory, The Journal of Economic Theory and the B.E.  Journal of Economic Analysis & Policy.
